Renate Roske-Shelton » Glacial Melt

This painting was inspired by a photograph provided by Master Artist Mike Svob in his Technique course on painting with transparent layers of Acrylics from large to small. The bright turquoise glacial waters of this lake in the Western Rockies were reminiscent for me of those I saw during my time in Alaska.
