Inspired by a project presented by Lifebook 2018 by Alena Hennessy under Tamara Laporte.
Watermedia, Inks and Gel Pens were used to create a colorful layered look and symbols from nature, such as leaves and blooms together with embedded positive affirmations of ‘Joy’ and ‘Happy’. The work is created on an archival ‘Da Vinci’ Liquid Art Panel, gessoed and with a cradled wood frame with a 1/8” raised lip. A thick layer of glossy varnish protects the work.
