"The Bocabec Kaleidoscope" was painted En Plein Aire on a sunny and bright June morning. While the sunshine initially produced stark shadowy greens and blues primarily, an entire field of colours soon displayed when catching glimpses and detail in the scene here and there. Much like the Kaleidoscope, one movement (turn) of the eye shifted colours and features in an ever amazing new whole. This painting is in private collection in Bocabec, New Brunswick.
